Project Description
The client tasked me with improving their e-shop by eliminating dead ends and overly complicated pathways that were making the ticket and product purchasing process difficult. My role involved redesigning and refining the website to streamline the user experience, reducing the number of clicks needed and creating a visually appealing environment for shopping. The result is a smoother, more intuitive purchasing journey that subtly guides the user towards making a purchase while allowing them the freedom to explore at their own pace.
